Refund & Returns Policy

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products (research peptides intended strictly for laboratory and research use), Optivon does not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except in the limited cases outlined below.

 
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following situations:

a) Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order is confirmed as lost or missing by Royal Mail, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund

Confirmation from Royal Mail may be required before a refund or replacement is issued.

b) Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch Only)

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued.

 
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and original packaging

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

 
4. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Optivon reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements where we reasonably believe that:

  • A claim is fraudulent

  • A product has been misused

  • False or misleading information has been provided

We may request additional information or evidence before processing any claim.

 
5. Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect use of the product

  • Failure to read product descriptions or disclaimers

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail outside confirmed loss

  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery information

 
6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
