Products sold by Optivon are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing products for research or laboratory purposes only.

  • You understand all products sold by Optivon are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic application, or any medical or diagnostic procedures.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use and handling

  • Optivon makes no representations that products are suitable for any other purpose other than scientific purposes.

 
3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However:

Optivon does not store full payment details. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers.

 
6. Shipping & Delivery

Optivon currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We do not offer international shipping, and orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier performance or external factors beyond our control.

Optivon is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

 
7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is:

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged in transit

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

 
8. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
