Optivon ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders where:

3. Delivery Method
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the service selected and Royal Mail’s operational conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched, Optivon is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the Site.
5. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
